Yeah, I don't think, yeah, it's not, I don't think you can have a blueprint in a region for developing another Jadon Seals.
Like you said, I think at Trinidad and Tobago youth level, they would have been like, okay, this guy's a special, special talent.
He was lucky at the time, Phil Simmons, West Indies coach, who knew him for a long time,
having the dad in himself.
And Phil Simmons essentially had a development plan for him.
He made him, he would, he, him and Pollard didn't play him too much in the CPL.
He brought him along for tours, made him play one or two games here or there, didn't over bowl him.
And that was crucial.
And I think that took him to a point where he developed.
But then for me, crucially in MASH, Seals decided to take things into his own hands and play county cricket.
So he played the last two years for Sussex and that's taken his game to another level, which we're seeing the rewards of now for West Indies cricket.
He could have easily gone down the franchise route and not played Red Bull cricket.
But I'd say, yeah, I think to a point, there's no denying he's a product of the West Indies system.
He was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago.
He obviously had to come through the academy level, play at the under-19 level.
So there is a point.
But I think from being a good player with talent to being what he is now, a world-class bowler, that's also partly him taking things into his own hands and playing county cricket, which has improved his game.
