I know it's never final, but do you, is it your belief that this is the final round and it goes to council for final approval?

And is this already on the calendar for council?

So that's less than six weeks away before we have a new council that comes in with an election.

Is there any reason to do this six weeks sooner rather than wait to see a new council and what they might and what the direction might be from a new council six weeks later?

But staff does observe that we could have, we do have two council members changing and potentially we could have three council members changing.

But a project of this magnitude that lasts for a decade do we believe should be adopted six months, I mean six weeks before three or five council members could potentially be changed?

I will second that for the purpose of discussion.

accept a friendly amendment to consider smaller sized motions rather than make the adoption as its own motion but to consider smaller motions so we can deal with individual changes that we would like to see

I would just omit the adopt the project part and state the rest of your motion.

So I believe you read out your motion.

If you just left out the adopt part, we would just tackle that one piece and then we could do a few more.
