Well, we could have a substitute motion if we had a second.

Yes, I would want to explicitly make a motion here just so we have on the record how we stand on these various streets and neighborhood impacts that we are going to be causing and what our positions on these are.

And so with that in mind, I would like to make a substitute motion that we exclude the proposed bike lane project around Finch Avenue and the related streets around Cupertino High.
