Is there a distinction the report makes between where a sidewalk could be constructed without loss of homeowner property versus where we'd have to encroach into homeowner property?

Yeah, so in general, I'm supportive of sidewalk improvements, except where we may lose homeowner property, where I think we need to be a little bit more careful in applying judgment to those scenarios.

I know it's a balancing act, but I would be supportive of sidewalks more broadly.

I'm supportive of the pedestrian scale lighting, and obviously much of the pedestrian improvements.

So if we take the example of, let's just say, Stelling and Stevens Creek, that is an intersection today that allows for right turns on red traffic, is able to make right turns on red to the extent that you don't have the limitation you described.

Would the proposed projects under this engineering recommended programs impact Stelling and Stevens Creek's ability to make right turns on red?

Will every one of the projects listed here, I know there are several pages worth of projects in this list, will every one of them go back to council for recommendation and direction?
