And in that case, is the body able to attend in its entirety or would it be a subset of the body so as to not violate the Brown Act in form of meeting at council?

I have no other questions, but I would like to, for the purpose of discussion, consider if we can make maybe some small motions to see if we have some consensus on these items.
I don't know how the Commission wants to proceed, whether you want to use straw votes or motions.
I will look to hear from other Commissioners what the preference is, and we can
look to add a few minor additions to this uh i had a few that i recommended one was the use of the banner across stevens creek similar to how other city departments are using and that the second one was the cross agency communications outreach taking advantage of cust fhd and fhta and then the third was i believe the report does not actually talk about ab2904 so
might be worth abandoning the report to just include that.
