uh both council and members of the public that are reading it to be aware that this because this is a recent bill it just passed jan 1st 2025 and so the fact that noticing has increased to 20 days is something that is fairly new and it may be educational to members of the public as well so for that purpose i would include it in the report

I also want to add one additional item to the list I mentioned, which is, and I think it is on your list, but I believe the city of, maybe this is in your list, the city of Santa Clara has a quarter mile radius on very high fire hazard.

Because there's quite a few recommendations in the report, and I guess we could do one straw board to just accept the recommendations and then work through the amendments, if any.

yes i was going to echo that that seems excessive to include all of the housing state law language because that i believe staff do include that in the staff report when the project comes to the hearing and i think they do a pretty good job at tabulating what

laws apply and how they're being used.

And for any members of the public that were interested would see that in the staff report.

So I think the address is a particularly good one to include.

I would be supportive of the address, which is the first section of that column.

I don't think the second section is needed, nor would it fit in the footprint that we have for any support of any support sector.
