So, for example, when we get into the next set of housing elements, for the zero net loss, I think that that's a major development that the city needs to be notified on.

Clearly not

every planning commission agenda item qualifies, but where we have major newsworthy items that come to planning commission council, such as the housing element site list update or the objective design standards, or as we look ahead, maybe there's an item around objective fire related standards or fire evacuation standards.

And in general, if we look at large developments, we don't have that many.

We have maybe 10 or so.

And so I would keep the banner, and it's a recommendation, and we just have the discussion around how and whether it's feasible.

And maybe there's even an electronic banner that gets installed, and we can have electronic signage.

Yeah, so I would not want to be optimizing this too early.

I would let this kind of ruminate through the various bodies and staff and let them think through the options and I wouldn't prematurely rule.

Like you said, there are multiple different options here.

Could be different locations, could be electronic signboard, maybe there's grants for that.
