I assume with AB 130 you have no lead time to follow such direction?

And so the assumption here is that council or commissions shall not have the ability to direct staff on this matter.

This would be staff's discretion to sort of independently assess in their professional opinion if a health or safety issue is warranted and therefore you would write something up.

So there is no control the city has on, because we, on a prior project, were debating 30 feet versus 40 feet, and here we are at 50 feet.
