I'm trying to understand the purpose of this table.

It says number of trees proposed for removal, replacement trees required, but it's missing the key data on how many replacement trees are proposed.

Understood, but is there a reason the table doesn't show that?

So how many trees, I guess we have 134 trees that need to be replaced that are 12 inches or less, and then 74 that are 24 inch, and 37 that are 36 inch.

What is the equivalent for each of those that are actually proposed?

And what measures does staff have to try and increase or minimize the amount of loss of trees, if anything?

Is this a waiver that they choose to just pay the fee and we have to accept it, or do we have any discretion to deny accepting that fee and require some larger number of trees?

And the 18 off-site trees are we preserving?
