The setback on Stevens Creek, did staff pursue any ways to maintain additional setback on the Stevens Creek site?

I can understand the site setbacks.

Given the commercial neighbors on the western side and the fence on the eastern side with the driveway, there may be less of an impact from the side setback issue.

But the front setback, is that something that staff considered whether they could get additional setback on the Stevens Creek side?

I guess we could say the same the other way around, say why not give us back that three feet of setback?
