what is the lease expiry for panetta and voyager june of 2026 for panera and voyager i believe for the termination right is october of 2028 and if they choose to exercise the right to stay till the end of lease how does that

Yeah, if I may clarify why this is germane, I think benefit of hindsight with Westport is showing us that had we appropriately codified the responsibilities of the shared driveway in Westport and

we would not have seen the amount of rest and pushback that we have had and the city's involvement from transportation and public works to put in signage and various other requests that have come our way.

And so I would beg to defer that that shared driveway is still an area that needs some level of clarification, maybe from the applicant.
