The context for the question is once the fence is erected for the development, the fence would be to the west of this shared driveway, and a portion of that shared driveway remains the lot of the parcel.

So is the HOA going to be

So is it fair to say, just a closing question on this topic, that you believe you have agreement with them on surrendering the use of the trash area and then the modifications to allow for

the shared driveway to be used by the other party so if you can comment on their ask one and ask three i think in their letter we do have a private easement agreement with them the rea as we've been referring to it um that does address both of those that is correct and and would you comment on number two it seems out of the scope of your property yeah they're asked number two
