I don't take nearly as much

semi-glutide as I did before.

And I definitely am back to like, you know, I think about food, I enjoy food.

So that was not, that's not like a permanent thing.

You know, I think if you are on like high doses of the GLP-1, you definitely like, I mean, like I said, I got to a place where, yeah, I didn't, I didn't care as much about it.

But like when I would be eating, I would be like, oh yeah, I'm hungry.

So when you take a compound, well, so they have the pens, you know, and then they, yeah, but then they also have like the, they just send you the semaglutide and the needles, which is what I've always done.

So you measure it yourself.

And then you inject it and you rotate spots.

So I go like belly, arm, leg.

So every week, one week I do a shot in my belly, the next week it's in my arm, the next week it's in my thigh so that you're not always hitting the same spot.
