Let's talk about that for a second.
You need to make sure that you're hydrated because it does slow your digestion down.

If you're not, one of the side effects is impaction.
That is no joke.
So I definitely, I mean, I've, I've suffered from, you know, constipation my whole life.
Yeah.
And so I'm very, I like, I know how to like,
Take care of myself.
But and that is definitely like, I have to like, stay on top of that while I'm taking this.
Yes.
So you do need fiber in your diet.
But I do want to mention that if you have too much fiber in your diet, you can I can actually work against you because it expands in the body.
It sucks up all that moisture and it can totally contribute to being constipated if you don't if you have if you if you have too much of it.
So, yes, I mean, drinking water, making sure I have fiber.
But for me, a lot of it is like I have to kind of really regulate how much, you know, like white processed, you know, bread, pasta.
Yeah, yeah.
And I don't eat a lot of dairy anyway.
I eat yogurt, but cheese, you know, you don't want to like, eat a bunch of cheese or whatever.
So yeah, just just being mindful in that way.
