And a given week that you're supposed to handle, it could be signing the permissionship slip that's due on a given day or already in the school uniforms or the sports uniforms.
You know, there's just all these things that come through as a working mom.
And I think sometimes we feel the pressure that we have to do it that night that it came through that day.
And it's like, no, no, no.
Give yourself the time, put it on the list, and you'll get through it.
And some things might be longer term.
You're like, you know what?
I'm not going to get to that this week.
It'll go on the next Sunday list.
It's not going to go on the Monday or Tuesday list.
So I just think that is one of those things that has really helped me.
And actually, I've shared it with a lot of young working moms.
They're like, it's so great to have that Sunday list.
I go, I know, because it just releases your brain.
And then when you do go to sleep at night, those are the things that are jumping around in your brain that you feel like you didn't get done.
You've taken them off that pressure list of, oh, I didn't get that done today.
So I do think it's a tactic, but I really found to be incredibly helpful.
