Yeah, and if you're not happy, I'm just, if you're not happy in something, and it's not saying if you're not happy, just leave, but if you are not happy and you have tried everything
quite hard to have these difficult conversations with that person if it's not changing and if they're not willing to at least put the effort to try and make it work with you.
That's the thing I just see so much of is people just go, okay, well, I guess this is all right.
I'll settle, like this will be okay.
And I think situationships can, for some people, be a version of settling.
I can't really get the thing that I want, but this is okay.
So I'll just, this is okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think feeling lonely in a relationship is a big one.
I mean, this could also speak for, you know, committed relationships as well.
But if you're feeling lonely and disconnected in your relationship, that doesn't mean you should leave, but it should mean that something is not right.
Something is not happening.
There's a need that's not being met.
And if you don't start actively having those open conversations about it,
it's going to build and build and build.
So I think noticing where I feel lonely even with my partner doesn't make it always their fault that they're doing something wrong, but there's something here that is not expressed on my end.
And what is that?
And if I express it, how do they respond?
Are they dismissive?
