But I think if you get to a place where you're realising, hmm,
okay, I don't know if this is really working for me or I'm not happy with certain things, being able to say that really clearly is important because it gives the other person the opportunity to decide whether or not it's going to work for them.
Because if you sit on it, the other person actually, it's not fair on them.

Because they're just going to keep doing what they're doing.

I was just going to say, I do want to do a little caveat there around, we're not talking about like this, if we're going to sort of the place where there's abuse or abusive dynamics happening, then I think that it would be dealt with differently.
So if you do your sort of introspective, like reflective work around, okay, what's going on here?
How am I being treated?
How is my self worth?
What is my view of the other person?
If you identify abusive dynamics, you know, that are really unhealthy and probably quite painful to realise that might be happening, I think I would recommend going about it a different way.
Because if there is a sort of a power dynamic or some type of domestic violence or abuse there, I think it's important that safety gets prioritised first.
So you may or may not decide to directly communicate with that person.
