Well, what everyone tends to say is it's not linear.
And that's so hard not to do.
So how do you distract yourself?
How do you discipline yourself?
You look really well.
When you were coming on the screen this morning, I honestly didn't know what to expect.
And you look really well.
Wow.
But, you know, but that is very important and that takes ruthless determination.
And I know Alistair Campbell has talked about that.
You know, he's he's suffered from depression and he said a very key thing is, can you bring yourself to shave?
Get up in the morning and force yourself to shave.
Well, that's important.
And washing yourself, eating right, those kind of things.
And you do have to force yourself.
You really, really do.
Like I did have depression at one point and I stopped eating and a lot of messed up stuff going on there.
But forcing myself to eat just something healthy, just something small became really, really important.
And actually part of that was an acknowledgement.
I think this is quite interesting as well.
