Actually the important thing is I want to know what the sentiment is or how the stakeholders are changing in the project, because that would give me
Time to do something about it.
And we've used that tool pulse for our projects.
I've seen it in action working, where I picked up that there's a sentiment change from the customer, and actually we've been able to do something about it and react proactively.
Actually, now we can supercharge that.
And we are, you know, we're supercharging that now with actually, I don't need someone even to respond to a survey or question impulse.
Actually, how can I leverage data from client calls and conversations and pick up those trends and channels?
challenges within that.
Yeah, I mean I think everyone was fantastic.
There's these agents now and everyone's got excited and I can use it to automate, you know, all these tasks that I used to do.
And absolutely, you know, that is exciting.
But I think even in our competition, there's a lot of like I would say maybe vapourware where I'm coming out and I'm saying, Oh great, I've produced an agent that can do this.
There was an example, quite named the competitor, but they were putting in out things that are really just putting guardrails into the application that I think, well, they should exist.
They exist in our application.
they've existed there for years.
I don't think you can paper up what doesn't work in your product today or what actually should exist with just lots of agents.
I think to me again this the promise of an agent is it's fundamentally helping me to get insight or know something or take an action.
Yes, it's part of it is automation, but it's also about how is it intelligently helping me to operate differently versus just a bunch of agents that, you know, just automate the status quo.
You know, we really
clear in our AI strategy that when we launched something called the expertise engine, we saw the value was actually to unlock your expertise and to build agents that had deep context and knowledge of services firms and how they operate and therefore, you know, become true experts on your business and how you operate.
