So those sort of things are becoming far more important.
And I think there is some fragility there.
I mean I think if people haven't got their skills well defined, how do you make sure you've got some of those operational foundations in place so that you can really
leverage ultimately the opportunity of AI.
So again, I would always say AI doesn't fix a broken operating model.
It scales it.
We've obviously worked closely with organizations like Garwood and stuff like that.
We need to have partners and people that can go in and help firms actually get their operating model right.
I don't think any tool just fixes that.
You've got to really think about like how we're operating as a business and what foundations do we need in place to really get the full potential from a
solution like Cantata.
Firstly, you have to differentiate on your expertise.
And for years we've relied on that being really in people's heads and heroics.
And you lose someone from your business and you're like, you know, where's that expertise gone?
It's left the door.
We can't afford to operate like that anymore.
And I think you have to look at not only how are you institutionally sort of taking that knowledge and making that knowledge available to everyone so everyone becomes their best, but also how are you paying.
Packaging that and building unique IP with that.
I was listening to a podcast on my Daily Run yesterday where someone was actually talking about that.
Like, I think that goes back to my point about like, I think, in a sense, a pure consulting business becomes a bit more like a product business.
