If a transmission line is visible from your property, I think that most residential people, and I don't know how you know commercial folks might react, but residential people are going to be up in arms.
I would say that just the plain language of the statute doesn't necessarily tell you what it means.
If they if the legislature had actually gone forward and defined
who the areas of jurisdiction affected are, we would not feel the need to redefine it.
But they didn't.
They just said what an area of jurisdiction is, which is uh I mean, not particularly helpful.
We already knew what an area of jurisdiction was.
Any other utilities want to speak to the one mile radius for who's affected?
I suspect that there will still be other jurisdictions that say, Hey, why didn't you tell me?
because, you know, we're a mile and a half away.
