The plans filed under 4360.02 A and B.
Um, TEP, you said that you supported the revisions that reflect re that were reflected, and you asked that there be a requirement to execute a protective agreement before providing confidential information.
Um for the chair and the committee members, not just parties.
Um WRA also spoke about handling confidential information, said that the existing informal approach is inadequate, and specifically wanted to adopt the draft R14-3-801 from um the general practice and procedure rules draft with some modifications that were
specified.
Um SRP said
Requiring applicants to make confidential information available to other parties is inconsistent with the sighting statute, which prohibits public inspection of confidential information regardless of party status.
And recommended striking two oh five D two, which would make confidential information public to entities merely because they are a party.

And reiterated also that the chair and members should have to execute protective agreements as well.

like Commission staff does and gave specific language about that.
