which requires that CEC applications include the estimated cost of the proposed facilities on the site.
This language should be retained because it directly f reflects the requirement in
ARS forty three sixty point zero three A, that a CEC application shall include the estimated cost of the proposed facilities in site.
They said it

Nine?
That must be a typo.
Calls for the estimated cost to the extent available, but under forty three sixty point zero three A it is required, not optional.

And my only thought when I saw this was that to the extent available is in the current rule and it was retained.
