Always a good idea to say in a procedural order why someone is not granted intervention.

Uh we do that at the commission, but um I think we need to

talk about timing a little bit because

The timing um

for the line sighting committee to grant intervention seems to be completely different from what we do.

They do it um at hearing currently, whereas we would never wait until hearing unless we got it right before hearing.

I think the recourse is to complain when it gets to the commission and then potentially get a new hearing.

Not the most efficient process.
