WRA also said that our CEC recertification and amendment process should be adopted.

And Sierra Club.

Said that there should be a clear process for review of requests for CEC amendments received decades after.

The CEC was originally glan granted.

And it there should be clarity that evidentiary hearings are required for major CEC revisions that substantially change the original CEC.

They went on from there.

So uh this was raised before.

The line sighting committee statutes don't expressly provide for a recertification process.

The commission and the committee have discretion whether to impose a time limitation on a CEC and

I don't know that they've um done it one way or the other consistently.

And the Commission does have discretion whether to extend any provision in a decision through forty two fifty two.

And I know that that's been used recently.

Some people do not like that.

Um I believe that in our responses previously we had said that we weren't including language because it's really more of a legislative

issue than it is uh commission

rule issue, but I'd like to hear from those of you who would like to see

recertification or amendment provisions in the rules and also those of you who wouldn't, so that we can figure out how to go forward.
