We do use the term representative generically elsewhere.
To mean the more standard you're representing an entity, not you're the legal representative but
Like you work for a company, you're the representative in terms of this or that.
Um legal representative because it's a definition.
And it does actually address the issue of an exemption from unauthorized practice of law prohibitions, which are set up specifically for government proceedings.

I'm not sure how much clearer we can make it.
And still I mean, 'cause we talk about attorneys and legal representatives.
It's not that we're mixing the two, we're we're addressing them independently.
Does anybody else have an issue with that particular definition?
No.
I I we really are trying to be clear.
Because then we'd have to find another word for the person who is just say like a technical representative for a company.

It's more to do with um
Being able to differentiate and be clear.
