So I'm trying to do this at the moment, which is actually why I want to pick Tom's brain on this because I think the misconception that a lot of people have is that in order to add a run, you need to be running more miles.

Whereas actually I think an interesting debate is like what keeps you more motivated and happy?

Is it running the same amount of miles in fewer runs or is it running the same amount of miles in more runs split into lots of different distances?
