Yeah, I think that uh there are a lot of things that we expected, especially if you're working in this business, you have a lot of kind of anecdotal knowledge from working with companies.

One thing that did surprise me in the degree that we saw it was how little effectiveness measurements um companies are currently doing.

So Chris was saying how much these companies invested into building these systems, appointing human rights officers, creating a risk analysis, all of these cost time and

Money.

But we see very few companies who then go on to say, okay, I have these processes.

So now let me look into are they working how I want them to work?

So not only are they working for um the affected persons, but also for myself.

Am I spending the money I want to spend?

Am I doing this in the time I wanna do this?

Um and I honestly thought that there were more companies out there who wanted to verify their processes and not only create them.

And I think this is a large gap we're still seeing.

I think the difficulty with this, and we kind of disclosed this in our report as well, is we can look at what companies are reporting, but we don't know the why.

So we don't know why they're not disclosing more.

And that's kind of where we have to start a little bit of a guessing game and also speculate a little bit.

Um I think to a certain degree that there may be some companies who really didn't have incidents.

Um I don't think the shares as large as we're seeing, but those are companies that are out there.

And I think another um perspective

Is how you interpret this law.

So there's no clear guidance on what constitutes a violation.

This is a discussion I've had with a lot of our members.
