So we also have companies interpreting the law in different ways and thereby also disclosing differently.
And then the other part is, of course, what you're just saying: this hesitancy.
Under the German law, you have a state authority, the buffer.
Another awesome abbreviation to throw around, um, who have used these reports um and they're able to impose sanctions.
They haven't done so y so so so far.
But especially in the beginning, which is where these reports are from, companies are were really nervous to be held to uh to account for something that they disclosed.
So I think over the past few years um of actually experiencing law, that's improved a little bit.
Um but that difference
in interpretation of what this constitutes is is still a little bit out there.
I I think of our members a lot of our members are actually really excited about this because again, similar to our French colleagues, we've had experience with the law.
Our companies know what works for them and what doesn't work for them.
So they're really excited to contribute.
Um I think one key thing to keep in mind is how much guidance you want.
So there's been a big debate in our companies of how much do I want prescribed.
Originally we had some companies asking our state authority, just tell me how many
People I need to hire.
Um, so I know what is sufficient.
And then you had other companies saying, Oh, please don't tell me that.
