This is very much a nice to have.
So an LED mask, there will often be different colors.
You'll see red, you'll see blue.
Blue is my favorite of them all.
And that is for acne prone skin.
When I say it really works, you still have to be careful with that because it can, it can work and it can help with inflammation and redness on, you know, with an acne prone skin.
But you are still better off using skincare.
So here's the thing with an LED mask.
If you are someone that's going to use it every day, it's going to commit to 15 minutes, not one minute.
If you have bought a mask that is very close to the skin, because there are so many out there that are almost hard and they're here and they're not even getting to your skin.
Mine's rubbery and it sits right on the skin.
If you know you are going to be that person who is consistent and consistent is quite three times a week, literally the theme throughout my book.
I would go in more like four to five times a week.
And you're willing to be patient enough, you know, two months, two months, three months to see any difference.
Then I say go for it and use it.
But if, like me, you've forgotten to put your Invisalign in, you wear that just about here and there, or you never check expiration dates of products and you're rubbish at doing a cardo or your shop or whatever it is, then... It might not be for you.
It might not be for you.
That's my thing.
And also remember, when you do your red light in facials, they are using a far higher strength red light than what they can legally put in your at-home LED mask.
