So I really I'm going to we've started on a hard one, Gabby, because pigmentation is one of those subjects that I could tell you everything that you could do.
And ultimately, it's still going to come back.
So pigmentation never goes away for good.
So what you're doing with pigmentation is you're maintaining it for as long as you possibly can and keeping it at bay.
So that's the main thing.
So any product you're buying that says gets rid of pigmentation, it can't.
Because once you've got pigmentation, that's your skin.
And the second you go back in the sun, it's very likely it's going to come back.
So the number one thing you can do with pigmentation, and this is a very boring answer, is SPF.
SPF is going to help protect it from not getting worse.
A hat is actually before SPF.
If you are someone who doesn't wear a hat when you are on holiday in broad sunlight, then your pigmentation is going to come back.
So we're talking Joan Collins' wide-brimmed hat.
Number three, you're looking at a product.
I always say something like the Skin Rocks.
I want to say it's anti-pigmentation, hyperpigmentation.
Correct me if I'm wrong on screen or somewhere.
But that is an excellent product.
