A pound.
A pound of liquid.
It is, can be really quite a lot.
You don't realise.
No, you wouldn't.
And so you're a little bit dehydrated in the morning.
So if you're not a morning person, actually try a glass of water sometimes because you will just be that little bit headachy.
You might even particularly notice it.
But it's that little bit lightheaded, a little bit irritable, a little bit headachy.
It is.
It's still definitely good.
I mean, it's, you know, if you haven't had anything to drink all day and you want to do a liter and a half in the evening, that's absolutely fine.
You know, for adults, no problem.
But it's one of those things.
By the time you're thirsty, you're already one to two percent dehydrated.
So unlike hunger, you know, you'd be a little bit hungry when you're eating.
But with with water, by the time you're thirsty, you're already energy levels are starting to drop.
And if you look at kind of professional athletes now,
That's where you're seeing these hydration breaks in kind of sports.
You know, 30 years ago, that wasn't there.
