So, you know, if you want to add the seeded ones, they're absolutely fine if you want to go for those.
No, I mean, the big thing, if you want to make something in with that, like you're not going to get a massive blood sugar sort of increase with sort of fruit juices.
And if you don't have diabetes, the level that your blood sugar is going to go to after you drink them is not going to be dangerous in any way at all.
There's a whole lot of things about, oh, we shouldn't have these sugar spikes.
If you're not diabetic, you really don't need to worry about it.
So most of us, our bodies will handle that nicely.
But if you want to drop that down a little bit, what you would do is you would add in something that has a little bit of protein or, you know,
a little bit of fat.
So you might puree a bit of avocado into it, or you might, as I said, make it on milk or make it on yogurt, that when it's not just sugar.
And that's why even with, say, a glass of fruit juice, if you're having it, you're better to have it with a meal rather than a drink that you take by yourself.
Yeah, it's all of that.
I mean, what we definitely see is good in terms of digestion and how the body handles it is that little mixture of food.
You know, people are often like, should it be raw?
Should it be cooked?
Should you eat things separately?
Actually, a little bit of everything together tends to work really, really well for that.
Are we?
It's great if you can do it because, you know, if you were doing something like a smoothie that had a big handful of spinach in it as well, one, you've got other nutrients coming in that you've got like iron and you've got sort of vitamin K and things like that, which is brilliant.
But again, you're bulking up your smoothie with something that's not adding kind of more sugar with it.
So that way, even calorie wise, it tends to be a little bit lower.
