Considering where you are wasn't completely outrageous, but you can sit in all these incredible, the setting is, it's the type of place you just visit and for people watching and nothing else.

But it's definitely one I would recommend people go into even for a few hours and just wander around and get the water taxi over and back.

But if you were down that neck of the woods, I'd suggest maybe staying in either Saint-Maxime or Grameau.

They're a lot more reasonably priced to stay in.

Still expensive, but not as expensive as Saint-Tropez.

Absolutely.

I think most people will hopefully by now will have checked them.

But just to make sure there are some countries that do require particularly long haul destinations, but also places like Turkey, where you need to have six months validity on your passport before you go.

And there's also sometimes you have to get some visas beforehand.

And these could be simple as like filling something in online, but they still may require it.

And of course, for the US, we still need ESTA visas there as well.

So I think the best thing to do before you go is to check the Ireland.ie website.

It's the former website.

The old DFA, the Department of Foreign Affairs, it's now called Ireland.ie and it lists all the countries there, all the travel requirements and also any security risks or anything like that as well.

Yeah, I mean, usually if you've booked long haul with your travel agent, they should probably have filled you in on all these details.
