And then there was one day when lots of people were laughing in the audience and I didn't like it.

It was a bit too much.

You know, it's like, oh, what could I lead them to do now that they're all laughing at the same time?

So I was like, this is freaking me out.

So I was like, I'm now removing myself and I'll be a director.

So I directed for a bit.

But it's very stressful also putting on theatre because so many things go wrong at every performance that you're just sitting there going...

Lightning now.

No, not the car noise.

It's like it's a nightmare.

So I find it stressful.

But I did like watching actors work.

I find it very exciting.

And the fact that you have to sort of do some kind of act of imagination that was really beautifully honoured in the book, that sort of leap into someone else, that kind of attempt to sort of literalise something through the body and imagination.

Which we could do.

I'm a bit worried because I have suddenly realised I haven't got a watch or anything, so I don't know.

We could have been here for seven hours and I don't know.
