I think people that don't work in the industry are always shocked at how shy and quiet and quite introverted a lot of people can be despite the public facing nature of their role.

Yeah.
What do you think would be some of the biggest misconceptions about your assumptions that people have, apart from the fact that they would be shocked to know that you are more shy than they would have anticipated?
Also, I think in these environments like social media where there is still that degree of anonymity and would hope that people walking past you on the street aren't necessarily saying some of the nastier things that people might slide into your DMs or say in the comment thread.
We've obviously having a big national conversation about social media.
Do you think people are starting to reflect a bit about how we speak to one another?
Do you have any advice to people come to you and say, somebody's saying about this about me or someone that I know is getting really bullied or I know somebody that's been in the centre of a cancel culture moment?
What sort of advice do you give to people given you've had to become so bulletproof in a way yourself?
I wanted to go back 10 years.
As I understand it, you launched your first business in 2016.
So it's 2026 now.
So the 10 years.
