No, I wanted to stay on it for a moment because I know for me, I definitely try to practice some of the gratitude and the reflection and just thinking about things because as you say, some days are harder than others.

to get too heavy here but I do think as certainly for me as a mum of two teenage boys I think there's a lot of discussion around you know toxic masculinity and the role modeling that's available for young men and I just think what you've just spoken about is exactly the sort of energy that we need I know that's the second time I've said that phrase but I think especially coming from

someone of your global status and you definitely have become an absolute bona fide global superstar this year if you weren't already.

But to have that energy I think is so important.
