And then thinking about you, Tammy, at 25, you were by that point already had two children and this big business and a big profile.
So your lives look so different in so many ways.
How was that friendship?

A lot of people obviously ask you about your romantic relationships and love life.
And yes, of course, I will be that person too.
But I actually wanted to talk about friendship and female friendship.
What role does that play in your life?
Yes, I mean, you know, when I was looking into the show Shark, I thought there's got to be a question there surely about is, are there more sharks swimming in the ocean in the Bahamas or sometimes within the industry, in the media industry?
I asked you before about how you feel about if there's misconceptions or trolls and the disconnect between who you really are.
What about for some of those people that you've spoken about in your life?
Do they struggle at all with the perception that people have?
I mean, there's a few different things that the internet loves to talk about.
And first of all, it's just women, women that are doing things and have opinions, women that have a life, women that are mothers, a lot to talk about there.
But of course, also women and what they look like and women's bodies.
Your body has been spoken about so much from day one.
And of course, your fitness business intersects with that conversation.
What about the way we talk about women's bodies?
Has it become better?
Do you think we're just policing one another's bodies just as much as we ever have?
