The whole trend side of it is wild, isn't it?
I mean, it's one thing to be like, okay, you know, this cut of denim is in this season and, you know, this shade of like balayage or whatever is in this season.
But to be actually talking about women's bodies, you knowβ¦
Boobs are in, boobs are out.
We've all got big butts.
Oh, no, now it's all skinny talk again.
It is crazy that we treat our literal bodies and we're made to feel that, I'm sorry, you're out of style.
Out of style, exactly.
Crazy.
Because, you know, what are we sort of meant to do?
Go, oh, okay, great, I'll just run to the store now.
Yeah.
You know, get a whole new body.
Completely.
And it just seems to have never, ever gone away, this idea of us all being subject to the whims of fashion.
But it's just at such a huge scale now and you are seeing young women absorb it.
The other thing I think that's changed a bit, certainly on this podcast, we've had conversations about women in the public eye being more candid about work that they've had done.
So, you know, we've seen that internationally, obviously, where people will now say, oh, sure, like, you know, this is like the whole sort of Kris Jenner of it.
This is where I got this done.
