And I think an assistant manager is also someone who's probably very underrated in terms of, you know, never really sits in front of media, never really gets the plaudits.
But in a lot of cases, I'm not sure I've never met Gary Cronin, but in a lot of cases, an assistant manager is very pivotal as well.
