You only call the bank like, you know, hey, I got to make my monthly mortgage payment, or B, I'm selling the house and I need to pay you off, stuff like that.
So that's the aspect that I like is buying these notes for cash flow.
You know, you buy something, people are going to pay you $3, $5, $7,
you know, 10 years, you know, everybody's always worried about, well, if I invest, is that money going to be tied up for 30 years?
And it could be, but realistically, you know, 95% of people are moving every five to 10 years.
So it's actually buying it at a discount and getting paid off.

Got to pay the bank to be able to sell it.
You know what I mean?
And then the great thing is you don't have to go out there and collecting.
There are third-party servicing companies out there that will do that collections.
There'll be that go-between.
So you don't have to be calling the bar like, hey, Jermaine, I need to get my mortgage payment.
It's the fifth.
