outside of like a Chase or an A.G.

Edwards, is you can actually use a self-directed IRA from a self-directed IRA custodian to actually invest in real estate or invest in notes as well.

Or if you've got an old 401k, you can roll it over into a self-directed traditional IRA and use that money to invest in it.

So those are the things to set up initially.

And I think if you want to do it to something you're passionate about and you like it, do some research, take a class.

Number one rule is,

I always say is learn about what you're investing.

Just don't take somebody else's advice.

You've got to get educated, whether it's taking a class or following up with people.

Learn about that asset class.

Never invest in something you don't know something about.
