Listen, any business you go into, most businesses are going to be difficult.

Commercial real estate is one beast.

Any other business people try and build is going to be another beast.

But I think that

You only have s it's already difficult enough.

And you do only have so many hours in a day.

And even if you devote all your focus on a niche and all your hours and an energy and attention into a niche niche, it'll still be difficult.

So stop shooting yourself in the foot by diversifying your attention everywhere.

I think that's such an important lesson.
