You know what's way better than you trying to come up with some list of character traits?
Yeah.
We call it the core word method.
We found this way to make these things come alive in the home, but it starts with the stories of your life.
You know, don't be fake with it.
You know, you want to actually look at the stories, the most transformational stories of your heritage and your parents and grandparents, where they came from, things they overcame, things they showed, things in your life, how you met, your milestone moments.
And as you start to realize those stories, you're going to pull out values from them that are your family values.
They're so integral to how your families have been, both sides, forever.
And those now become the core word, which is like a family acronym that everybody can say like this.
And it's so powerful for them because it's part of your family's heritage.
And that's actually the best place that values come from.
