It's like a primary care physician for aging adults.
And Tim has a mom and three sisters that are all nurses.
And so this was like peak COVID, right?
2022.
And...
Nurse staffing, that was the problem in healthcare.
And so we're like, let's go build a healthcare staffing marketplace like Uber for nurses, basically.
But like treats the nurses really, really good because that seemed to be one of the big problems is that all the nurses felt like they were treated like cattle and not people or like just numbers on a page, but not, you know.
There's no humanity behind it.
We're like, let's go do that.
And so we went and built a whole two-sided marketplace.
This is before you could vibe code stuff.
So like Tim actually like, you know.
Exactly.
All like hand rolled this whole thing.
Fast forward, we went and raised our first million dollars from previous investors in my last company and friends who'd told me they wanted to invest when we started a company.
That was quick.
And then we tried to launch that company.
And this was now early 2023, and COVID was ending.
And the nurse staffing crisis was ending with it.
