We had one facility.
So we got like 90 nurses to sign up in like two months.
Yeah, just under two months.
Okay.
And that was amazing.
Our nurse recruiter was a killer.
And then the actual like sales of getting facilities to sign up for the platform, they'd been burned by so many temp staffing agencies over the past three years.
It was a very cutthroat business.
Yeah.
And most importantly, as COVID was ending, the like burning need for like all hands on deck was kind of going away and people were moving back into like full-time roles.
And so one of these facilities that we had under contract was like, oh my God, we just made our first full-time hire for the first time in two and a half years.
And I was like.
Killed my soul.
So it's just like the fact, in hindsight, the fact that it wasn't meant to be and the timing of it all is just like the biggest blessing.
And like, this is so clearly what I was put on this planet to do.
This is my passion.
And I stumbled backwards into it just by pure luck, right?
I had to go back to all my investors and say, hey, this nurse staffing thing is not going to make.
We're going to spend the next couple of months.
We let go of the whole team.
