Our guest is Ben Mena.

Now Ben works in the recruiting industry.

So years ago, and I've been recruiting since nineteen ninety-five, if you can believe it, I started a training company back in two thousand two, niched to teaching people in the recruiting and staffing industry how to make placements, how to close deals, how to sell their services, how to recruit, put them all together, et cetera.

And Ben hired me to coach him way back when.

We've become really good friends because he liv he moved to Richmond, Virginia after we did, both of us living in the northern Virginia D C area, and now lives in France with his family.

And Ben, in spite of having a successful career in the cleared space, recruiting those professionals with cleared

Security clearances, top secret, etc.

He also started a podcast several years ago on recruiting, and it has really grown into an entire brand and also a business line.

Now, you might not want to be getting into something new, you might want to stay within your current niche, but there are lessons that I promise you you will learn here that will help you.
