This is going to pivot to senators asking judicial nominees what they think about the 22nd Amendment.
We had one example of that in recent days where a judicial nominee seemed to equivocate about whether the president can have a third term, even though the 22nd Amendment seems pretty unequivocal to me.
You're going to get that question.
Let's see if that same pattern forms among judicial nominees of the president who don't want to say he can't stay past 2028.
That's a lot more dangerous than saying 2020 is still somehow in dispute.
