Do you know what I mean?
He's got an addiction problem, right?
So it was beginning to spill over into my music and into kind of my lifestyle with music as well.
And that's when it began to sort of affect a lot of things.
No, I haven't sniffed it in a church, no.
No, because I never really went to church.
Yeah, I mean, I never really went to church.
I only went to church as a kid because my mum became a believer after my mum and dad split.
So she found the Lord and had a real big encounter with the Lord.
So I would go with her, but as soon as I was old enough to not want to go, I didn't go.
So I didn't really go to church, right?
It was just kind of like after that I decided that I would start going there, after I had my encounter with the Lord.
I mean, a lot of songs have connotation, right?
I mean, you know, I think if anyone with half a brain, you know, if you think about it, how do we get here, right?
Everyone's got a fingerprint that's unique.
You know, no two people are the same.
You know, I think if you use your mind, even a lot of atheists believe in intelligent design now that someone's pulling the strings, right?
If you look at the universe, everything is held together in the perfect kind of dimension and balance.
So I think, you know, I think even subconsciously people think about God, whether songwriters or, you know, poets or whatever, right?
I mean, some of the greatest minds of all time, like Einstein, have had a faith in the Lord.
