Yeah.
I understand that.
I think like part of that is good, right?
Because part of that, we learn from what we've done.
We do learn from our mistakes for sure.
And also it can help us to not want to go there again.
But the Bible talks about something called the gift of repentance.
So this idea of being cognitive of your sinful nature,
helps you then accept the grace of God, right?
If a doctor came to you and said, hey, I've got a cure for you, but you didn't know you were sick, then you just reject it.
I don't need your cure because I'm not sick, right?
So there's got to be an awareness of the sickness of our sin.
And that sin takes us to a lost eternity separate from God who's holy, right?
So there's got to be a revelation of the guilt of that sin, not so you can feel really bad, but so you can appreciate the cross and appreciate what Christ did for you, you know?
So, yeah.
You can't see the wind, right?
We can't see the wind.
If we take a walk outside here, you can't see the wind, but you can feel it.
I like the wind.
I believe Jesus is here right now.
